We are developing JAPRIVIO Fresh for fresh food operations. It structures the identification of batches, logistics units, locations and quality, and links this information to the process flow.

We tailor the scope to your process. Integrations with scales and ERP/WMS systems, automatic printing and offline work are agreed separately.
Traceability: batch history in both directions
Actions in JAPRIVIO Fresh are recorded against the batch and the logistics unit. This makes it possible to reconstruct the product’s route from supplier to recipient.
- Backwards: from dispatch to receipt, supplier and delivery date.
- Forwards: from a received batch to the dispatches it ended up in.
- Quality holds and releases with the decision history.
- Batch balance: good product, rejects and waste.
Integrations
JAPRIVIO Fresh does not have to replace the systems already running in the company. The scope of data exchange is defined in the project.
